In December 2024, the IFC responded to a letter sent by 58 civil society organizations, stating its openness to engage with civil society as stakeholders in the review process. The organisations involved sent a follow-up letter in February 2025, requesting a discussion and consultation on the terms of the review and the approach paper, as well as a response on the extent to which certain issues will be addressed by the IFC in the forthcoming review.
